Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CMMS Data Pipeline service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by OrderStorm Ecommerce, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides a free data pipeline tool that allows users to upload CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data files for processing. The Service cleans, standardizes, and normalizes uploaded data and makes the processed results available for download.

Cost

The Service is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees, usage fees, or hidden costs.

User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right and authority to upload the data you submit to the Service.
• The data you upload does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• You will provide a valid email address for communication regarding your uploaded data.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.
• Your uploaded data may be used by OrderStorm Ecommerce, Inc. to configure a free instance of CMMS for you.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
• We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload. By uploading data to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the purposes of providing the Service and, if applicable, configuring a CMMS instance for you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDERSTORM ECOMMERCE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrderStorm Ecommerce, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
